Non-Stick Bushings
NEW Specially designed by Stick Fast Adhesives to overcome problems caused by glue bonding to the bushings during application of a CA glue finish. These bushings made from Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene are made to be used after turning the pen for finishing only. This specially formulated plastic resists CA glue and will make your CA glue finishing much easier. (4 Bushings per package)

Use these two polishes to increase the sheen on any acrylic or any turning that has been finished with CA glue.
CA Polish Satin polishes to approximately 1500 grit.
CA Polish Gloss polishes to a 2,500 grit glass like surface; for optimum results to be used after Satin polish application.
Instructions:
1. Turn your acrylic or wood blank to shape and size. Sand to at least 400 grit. If you are using an acrylic blank, skip to step 2. If you are using wood, apply the CA finish prior to using the polish.
2. Apply a drop of the satin polish with a paper towel while the lathe is running. Work the polish back and forth along the turning blank. After all of the polish has been removed, apply the gloss polish in the same manor.

Details
This great looking cigar case features solid brass chrome plated components with a built-in punch cutter. Designed to fit up to a 52 gauge cigar, O-rings provide a airtight seal to maintain ambient humidity so your prized cigar stays fresher longer.
The razor sharp punch cutter located under the cap produces a clean 1/4" dia. by 1/8" deep hole. A knock-out rod automatically clears debris from the cutter when the cap is reinstalled. Brass tubes can be shortened to suit shorter cigars if desired. Pen mandrel and Cigar Case Bushings required for turning.

3/4"x.125" (1/8") N45 Grade Neodymium magnets are the strongest permanent magnets. Extremely strong magnets, use caution. Great addition to any shop. Glue them to a tool and stick it to your lathe.
